• The prices listed are per room or suite and day, including rich breakfast buffet for standard occupancy by two people.
• If the included breakfast is not consumed during your stay or on the day of departure, there will be no replacement service (e.g. packed lunch) or refund.
• The resort tax amounts to € 5.00 per person per day all year round.
  Children under 15 years of age do not pay the resort tax.
• For short stays of up to 3 days, we charge a surcharge of 15%.
• When booking a double room for single use, the daily breakfast for one person will be deducted.

• Children from 6 to 10 years: -70 %

• To confirm your reservation, a 40% deposit is required.
• The remaining amount can be transferred in advance or paid in cash on the day of arrival in Sölden.
   

• Check-in starts at 15:00. Earlier arrival is possible, but please contact us and ask already in advance.
• Otherwise, you are welcome to store your luggage with us in the meantime.
• On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 at the latest. You are of course welcome to store your luggage in a room provided.
   

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months prior to arrival.
• From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40%.
• From 1 month to 1 week, the cancellation fee is 70% and for cancellations within the last week prior to arrival, we will charge 100% of the booking price.

• We reserve the right to cancel a booking within 12 hours without giving any reason.

Your personal parking space is included with every room. Important note: parking spaces are regularly available from 15:00 on arrival day or until 10:00 on the day of departure. Early or longer parking is only possible if spaces are available. Alternatively, the public car park of Giggijoch gondola lift is close by (parking fee).

Et voilà: our ski storage room - your heated locker just for you and for each room. In addition to the ski storage area, there is also a beauty corner and a changing room for anyone who wants to freshen up before checking in or after checking out.
 

It makes your arrival convenient, flexible and hassle-free. After completing the online check-in, you will receive a code and room number on the day of arrival. So you don’t have to check in at the reception. If we are in the accommodation, we look forward to welcoming you personally and providing you with all the necessary information.

As a certified bike accommodation in Sölden we offer many advantages for you and your bike.

  (on Wednesdays in winter until 21:00).
• Bathrobes are available at reception for a deposit.
• Please bring your own flip-flops, as we do not provide disposable shoes.
