From coffee and tea to Aperol, stone pine spritz, wines, and beer – plus drinks from ORGANICS by Red Bull – our edelweiss Bar offers everything you need for a relaxed afternoon or a cozy evening. We also serve light snacks such as ham and cheese toasties, pizza slices, goulash soup, or bacon and olives. And, upon advance request, we serve a hearty Ötztal-style snack platter.

We offer homemade cakes every day – freshly baked, with a wide variety of choices and a real eye for detail. Sometimes classic, sometimes a bit more inventive, and occasionally even based on Grandma’s tried-and-true recipes – baked by her personally. After all, some things simply don’t need reinventing; if it tastes like home, there’s no reason to change it. Pair your cake with a good coffee, a cup of tea, or whatever else you’re in the mood for. And you can really taste that our cakes are homemade.

Not staying with us at the Edelweiss but still want to start your day in a relaxed atmosphere? Our breakfast is also available to external guests upon request and subject to availability – served in the cozy setting of our café.
Our Ötztal breakfast buffet brings the best of the region – and many guest favorites – to the table: savory specialties, fresh bread and rolls from the local bakery, sweet pastries, pancakes, seasonal fruit and vegetables, egg dishes, crispy bacon, and a wide selection of muesli, cereals, and more. To go with it, there are various fruit juices, fine teas, and, of course, freshly brewed coffee. Cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso, or perhaps a hot chocolate? The choice is yours.
