Fancy a holiday in Sölden at the heart of Ötztal? At your SunAlpin holiday apartment you will spend your holiday high above the valley floor. We have summarized everything worth knowing and important information especially for you - so that nothing stands in the way of your perfect time out in the Tirolean mountains.

  • General price information
    • The prices listed include legal taxes and are per apartment and day.
    • The resort tax amounts to € 5.00 per person per day all year round. 
    • Children under the age of 15 do not pay the resort tax.
    • Offers are subject to availability.
       
  • Advance payment, payment & deposit
    • A deposit of 40% is required to secure the reservation.
    • The remaining amount can be transferred in advance or paid in cash on the day of arrival in Sölden.
    • We reserve the right to collect a deposit of € 150.00 per apartment on the day of your arrival.
       
  • Check-in & Check-out
    • Check-in is possible from 3.00 pm onwards. If your apartment is ready for occupancy earlier, you can also check in earlier. Otherwise, you are welcome to leave your luggage here with us in the meantime.
    • On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 9.00 am at the latest. You are of course welcome to store your luggage in a room provided.
       
  • Cancellation terms
    • You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months prior to arrival.
    • From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40%.
    • From 1 month to 1 week, it is 70% and if you cancel in the last week prior to arrival we charge 100% of the booking price. 
    • Further details can be found in the General Terms & Conditions of the Hotel Industry (provided by WKO).
       
    • We reserve the right to cancel a booking within 12 hours for any reason.
       
  • Travel insurance
    • We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. More information can be found here.
       
  • Quiet hours from 9.00 pm

    For the relaxation of all guests, we ask that you be considerate after 9.00 pm This ensures that everyone can start the next day of their holiday feeling relaxed.

  • External visitors

    The apartments are only available to guests who have made a booking. External visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior agreement.

  • Where is Apart SunAlpin located?

    Apart SunAlpin enjoys a peaceful panoramic location above Sölden. The village centre, mountain lifts, hiking trails and bike routes can all be reached within just a few minutes by car or ski bus.
     

  • How far are the mountain lifts?

    The Giggijoch gondola and other mountain lifts are only a short drive away. During winter, the free ski bus stops close to the property and takes you directly to the ski area.
     

  • How many guests can the apartments accommodate?

    Apart SunAlpin offers cosy studio apartments for 1–2 guests as well as spacious holiday apartments for up to 6 guests, making them ideal for couples, families and groups of friends.
     

  • Do the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen?

    Yes. Every apartment features a fully equipped kitchen or open-plan kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday.
     

  • Is Wi-Fi free?

    Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
     

  • Is free parking available?

    Yes. Free on-site parking is provided for all guests. An electric vehicle charging station is also available.
     

  • Is there an EV charging station?

    Yes. Guests travelling with an electric vehicle can conveniently use the on-site charging station.
     

  • Is there a ski storage room?

    Yes. Your ski equipment can be stored safely and conveniently in the property's ski storage room.
     

  • Is Apart SunAlpin suitable for mountain bikers?

    Absolutely. As a Bike Homes partner, Apart SunAlpin offers a secure bike storage room, bike washing facilities, repair tools and expert local advice for mountain biking in Sölden.
     

  • Is there a guest card for summer?

    Yes. Depending on the season, guests benefit from the Ötztal Summer Card, which includes numerous free or discounted attractions and activities. Please note the applicable validity period.
     

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, check-out is until 9:00 am. If you arrive early or depart later, luggage storage is available on request.
     

  • Is a deposit required?

    Yes. A deposit of 40% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance can either be paid by bank transfer before arrival or upon arrival.
     

  • Is a security deposit required?

    Yes. A refundable security deposit of €150 per apartment may be requested upon arrival. It will be fully refunded after the apartment has been inspected and returned in good condition.
     

  • How much is the local tourist tax?

    The local tourist tax is currently €5.00 per person, per night. Children under the age of 15 are exempt.
     

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Free cancellation is possible up to three months before arrival. After this period, graduated cancellation fees apply in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
     

  • Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at Apart SunAlpin.
     

  • Are there quiet hours?

    Yes. To ensure a relaxing stay for all guests, quiet hours begin at 9:00 pm.
     

  • Are visitors allowed in the apartments?

    The apartments are reserved exclusively for registered guests. Additional visitors or overnight guests are only permitted with prior approval.
