General price information
- The prices listed are per person and day incl. rich breakfast buffet.
- If the included breakfast is not consumed during the stay or on the day of departure, there will be no replacement (e.g. packed lunch) or refund.
- The resort tax amounts to € 4.00 per person per day all year round.
- Children under the age of 15 do not pay the resort tax.
- We charge a supplement of 15% for short stays of up to 3 days.
- When booking a double room for single use, the daily breakfast will be deducted.
- Offers are subject to availability.
Discounts
Reduction for children in their parents' room (with two full-paying guests):
- Children up to 2 years € 15.00 incl. child cot
- Children from 3 to 5 years -75%
- Children from 6 to 12 years -50%
- Children from 13 to 15 years -25%
Advance payment, payment & deposit
- A deposit of 40% is required to secure the reservation.
- The remaining amount can be transferred in advance or paid in cash on the day of arrival in Sölden.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is possible from 3.00 pm onwards. If your room is ready for occupancy earlier, you can also check in earlier. Otherwise, you are welcome to leave your luggage here with us in the meantime.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10.00 am at the latest. You are of course welcome to store your luggage in a room provided.
Cancellation terms
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months prior to arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40%.
- From 1 month to 1 week, it is 70% and if you cancel in the last week prior to arrival we charge 100% of the booking price.

- We reserve the right to cancel a booking within 4 hours for any reason.
